Meals on the cleanse are free from wheat, grains, legumes (chickpeas, lentils, beans, peanuts), corn, soy and processed sugar.
Despite having a good BMI and overall health, I have generally had high cholesterol since I was in my twenties, which progressively increases as I get older. It is hereditary, so there is only so much I can do about it. However, I recently went for a blood screening and my cholesterol is 6.3 from 7.9. It is still above the recommended range but I have not seen 6.3 in a long time. I think it’s the whole switch to being more plant-based that has helped me, and your cleanse has been key.

I have psoriasis and have tried several remedies to manage it, but nothing seems to work. Since being on your cleanse, I have finally seen some improvement. I have mild hypothyroid and I have never gone more than one day without sugar. My diet is horrible and I really don’t like vegetables, I eat them once or twice a month.
