At Nourish Me we want to make healthy eating affordable, accessible and most importantly delicious. We believe that a predominantly plant based diet has a multitude of benefits for health and wellbeing and we’ve taken that step to create dishes that are balanced and loaded with flavour. We’re not saying that you have to become vegetarian, but even just having that one plant-based meal a day can boost your health and ensure that you’re getting the essential vitamins and nutrients your body needs to operate. By making this shift you’ll notice your energy levels will increase, your mood will improve, it’ll help to manage your weight, and you’ll even see improvements in your hair, skin, and more. As we mentioned, we are all about balance which means we will have Meat Mondays and alternate Fish Fridays.

Another major benefit in eating more plant-based foods is helping our impact on the environment. Additionally we are doing our part to reduce plastic waste in as many ways possible, such as not serving cutlery and the majority of our packaging is eco-friendly. We also work with suppliers who use less packaging.

The Nourish Me team is made up of three ladies, Alexandra, Marissa and Nadira who are passionate about eating well while living a healthy and balanced life.

Here at Nourish Me, we're on a very simple mission - to banish the negativity surrounding the concept of healthy eating and to make it accessible, affordable and absolutely delicious.

Alexandra Prabaharan


Alexandra is a certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Prior to obtaining her certification she worked as a Food Editor for Friedchillies Media where she wrote food articles, hosted online shows and developed recipes for the Friedchillies website. Her love of food and nutrition is showcased in the meals she has created for her current venture, Nourish Me, where healthy and balanced lunches are delivered to offices in KL.

Marissa Parry


Marissa Parry has been in the health and wellness industry since 2008. She became an expert in health and wellness because she understands how good nourishing your body with quality food and feeling fit and strong feels. Marissa is a certified American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist, Holistic Nutritionist from the School of Natural Health Sciences and a Nutrition & Wellness Consultant with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).

Nadira Nik Hamdam

Operations Manager

Living by the saying “Health is Wealth,” Nadira left the corporate world as a management consultant to pursue her passion in the health and wellness industry. She got certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) back in May 2019 and has been teaching in one of the top boutique gyms in Kuala Lumpur.
