All meals are prepared in the morning of the delivery day to ensure freshness of each meal upon arrival.
We rotate the menu daily with 5 regular options and 1 premium option.
We will be adding new dishes in every few months while rotating out the less popular options.
There is always a minimum of 1 vegetarian dish per day to choose from.
Unfortunately as our dishes are made in bulk and we have a limited time to prepare, pack and deliver to ensure you have a fresh meal we are unable to take specific meal alteration requests.
We use halal certified suppliers and our kitchen is pork free but we have not gotten our own halal certification yet.
At this point in time customers may not purchase single items off the menu. A monthly subscription is required to enjoy this service. If you just require a one off delivery this would be treated as a catering and there would be a minimum order required.
Our meals are designed to work best when incorporated into a consistent diet. As such, we want our customers to feel the maximum results of our programme and this cannot be achieved without some level of regularity.
All payments go through the secure gateway Braintree. We do not have access to your payment details.
Meals can be cancelled one day in advance, before 1pm. Cancelled meals will then be credited back to your current month's quota. Meals that aren't cancelled in time will unfortunately be forfeited.
Unfortunately no. We do not normally refund consumers for the remaining meals they are supposed to get for the month. You may continue to use up your remaining credits after you terminate your subscription.
Yes your service is set to auto-renew every month once you set up a plan with us. Sign up once and enjoy your meals daily, hassle free!
Your subscription fee will be charged on the day you sign up and on the same day thereafter in the following month. You will not need to key in your card details again as your subscription will auto-renew.
Yes. Within your account you will have a referral code which you can pass on to your friends and family. Anyone who signs up will result in you and them getting 2 free meal credits.
Within your user dashboard you can choose to terminate your account.
Of course. If you are traveling or looking to take a break from your subscription you can select a suspension period within your account dashboard.
Unfortunately account terminations or holds have to be done before your billing date. Please take note of your billing date within your account to be able to terminate or put your account on hold seamlessly.
There are no additional delivery charges.
Our deliveries are between 11am - 1pm depending on your location and the rider's route and load for the day.
At this moment we deliver between 11am - 1pm. We try our best to accommodate requests but cannot make promises.

There are no additional delivery charges for catering orders.
If you are within our delivery zone there is no minimum catering order. If you are outside of our delivery zone we require a minimum order for 10pax.
You can use your credits in any way you'd like.
Any unused credits for the month will roll over to the next month. The credits will have a 3 month expiry period however, so do be sure to use them up before the 3 months are over.
We are trying our best to cut down on plastic waste and therefore encourage our customers to either bring a set from home that they keep on their desk or to utilise the cutlery in the office pantry.
We unfortunately will not provide cutlery with your meal as we want to do our part in reducing plastic waste.
Orders need to be made or changed by 1pm the working day before delivery. For Monday orders this would be by Friday 1pm.
If you subscribe to our service before 1pm, you can plan your next meal to be delivered to you in two working days. If you subscribe to our service after 1pm, you can plan for your meal to be delivered in three working days.
